Four young filmmakers ask their parents to act in a story based on the life of dissident and political prisoner Shih Ming-Cheng. Then the struggles of the 1980s reappear through the bodies and words of those who, back then, were far from grasping all the stakes of the fight. The more the parents act, the more their own past resurfaces. And we get to realise how, either when we are trapped in a cell or at the back or a classroom, History connects us all. (V.P.)
