On the set of Trois Mots en passant, Pascal Catheland captured the collaboration between Paul Vecchiali and the students of the Assistant Director Master’s course at University of Poitiers. Behind images of a master at work, one can sense the students’ presence and their learning experience. While the film crew turns the entire town into a set, there seems to be other stakes at play.
