Paulette unjustly scolded her daughter Linda. She would do anything to make it up to her. So Linda asks her to prepare chicken with peppers, just like her dad used to cook so well. But Paulette can’t cook, and how can she buy chicken on a day when there’s a general strike?

The beauty of drawing and gesture brings to life a whole world where childhood, buried wounds and dreams of adventure are intertwined. All these ingredients combined create an astonishingly visually rich production allowing as many formal experiments as twists and turns in the story.
