The film traces the life of a woman on the sidelines during a hurricane in the southern United States. This could be a modern version of The Fury of Life in the ultra-conservative State of Texas. A place which paradoxically creates an “underground” from which are born extraordinary, out of frame people, whose desire for freedom is a motor of life and creativity, and where drugs infl uence the rhythm of music.
