When I finished filming Sleepwalk, I discovered that the cardboard backdrop of the exhibit was very attractive. I asked for a rice cooker, placed it on the wall and started to film Hsiao Kang (Lee Kang-shen) slow-walking from the moment the rice cooker was turned on. I discovered that to cook rice, it took 20 minutes.
