Final payment and ticket delivery is via the TicketingCiné website. If you do not have a TicketingCiné account, please create one here.
Once you have chosen your screening, you will be redirected to TicketingCiné to collect your ticket and finalise your purchase.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your ticket. You can also find all the tickets you have purchased on the home page of the TicketingCiné website, in the “Mes commandes” menu.
Please bring your digital or printed tickets with you when you enter the theatre. If you lose your ticket, you will still be put on the spectator list for the screening. We will be able to find you there.

Tickets for each screening must be reserved via the online ticketing service from 10 June 2024.
Once you have logged on to this website, you will need to create a new user account via the menu at the top right of the page (mon compte).
Once this account has been created, you will need to link your badge to the ticketing system by adding a season ticket via the “mes cartes abonné” menu. Please copy and paste there the code you will receive by mail.
To take a ticket, choose a film or group of films, then “choisir une date” and click on the “cinema+time” button.
Above the list of prices, click on the “ajouter” button opposite the line “Saisissez ici votre numéro de code barre (CARTE ABONNE)”. In the pop-up window, click on “Mes cartes” and select the card you have already entered. The €0 fare for your card will appear in the list. Add a ticket, validate your basket and then validate your “payment”. You can only validate one ticket in your cart. You will receive your ticket by e-mail and you can also pick it up from the ticket office via the “mes commandes” menu.
If you are unable to attend a screening for which you have booked a ticket, please cancel it online in the “mes commandes” menu.
Please present your ticket and physical badge at the entrance of each screening.
