Luísa Homem directed Suzanne Daveau, a film that follows the life and work of a powerful woman geographer, as well as art films on the work of photographer Daniel Blaufuks and painter António Sena. She also directed the 13-episode series for RTP2, Um dia no museu, about Art Museums in Portugal. She co-directed the documentaries As cidades e as trocas, with Pedro Pinho, São Tomé : no trilho dos naturalistas, with Tiago Hespanha and the first episode for the series Atlas de um cinema amador, with Inês Sapeta Dias. She colaborated in the writing of the script of A Fábrica de nada, by Pedro Pinho, in the art direction and in the editing of the film. As an editor, she has worked with João Vladimiro, Inês Sapeta Dias, Leonor Noivo, Filipa Reis, João Miller Guerra, Frederico Lobo, Pedro Pinho, Tiago Hespanha, Leonor Teles, Joana Pimenta and Adirley Queirós. She is currently developing and writing Assim Vivemos, a first fiction feature film and Orla, a film about the Portuguese coastal border.
