Rabbits in a field

Germany / 2021 / 16'

A white western family spends their time in a house in the countryside. The father is filming his children with a drone. The children’s rituals, gestures and games turn into a play between retouched movements and distortions in time. By exploring the representation and imagery of a white western family, mechanisms of self-surveillance and control, the film rethinks ways of a western relationship to nature and memory.Leonie Kellein
