Late winter in the Cévennes. Adèle has agreed to help Hugo, an ex she has lost touch with, shoot a low-budget documentary about rural memory. No sooner has she arrived than Hugo breaks the bad news: Gilbert, the film’s main subject, has disappeared. Together, they set out to find him.

Guilhem Chamboredon

Guilhem Chamboredon grew up in Kanaky–New Caledonia, where he directed his first short film in 2017, which was selected for several festivals. He graduated in 2024 with a Master’s degree in Directing and Screenwriting from ENSAV, where he is currently pursuing further studies in DURCA (University Diploma in Film and Audiovisual Research). At the same time, he works as a co-writer on documentary projects for Radio France International. He is currently developing the fiction short film Haetra as well as the feature-length documentary Les Enfants du Koniambo.
