Evelyne Didi

France, 2019, Black and white

World Premiere

At the margins of a career performed on the most demanding theatre stages, Evelyne Didi produces her first film in an working centre for handicaped people. Wandering around deserted workshops, a man without a job finds a revolver, comes across a prostitute, starts singing in German… Dedicated to the child Fassbinder and brought to an end by a Kafka poem, Wandering around relates the former’s love for vulnerable beings marginalized by society to the latter’s desperate humour and a taste for parables.
