A meeting is scheduled on the canal to discuss the “Nuit Debout” movement. Young, politically-minded people or ordinary actors in the movement, these are the folks whose words are betrayed or disregarded. Here, they are freely discussing topics such as police violence, the Euro or whether they should continue the struggle. Under Nicolas Boone’s camera, people have their say and words regain their raw political quality. A preamble to uprising. (VP)
