The “À Première Vue” award honors directors from film schools in North Africa and the Middle East.
À Première Vue is a collection, a program of short films made as part of film education. It offers an overview of the first films by young talents from Algeria, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, and Tunisia. Following a call for films sent to member schools of the COPEAM network and thanks to the support of TV5 Monde, Mucem, FID, and Rai Cinema, an international jury watched about fifteen short films and selected the best of them.
This year, young people from Italy, Morocco, and Marseille took part in awarding the FID/Mucem Youth Award, alongside young people from Marseille.
In collaboration with the ANICA Academy and the Cinémathèque of Tangier.
Screening in the presence of the laureates.
