Launched in May 2026, the ‘An Hour with…’ programme, organised by the Litterallea association, offers a chance to engage with leading figures from the worlds of culture, science and society. This series of events brings together people from Germany, France and across Europe to discuss shared themes.
A discussion on the culture of remembrance, collective responsibility and Franco-German history
At the age of 104, Albert Corrieri still speaks of his experiences as a young man from Marseille, when he was deported to Germany to be forced into labour. At the FID, historian Raluca Pora will present her 15-minute documentary film about his life story to the public for the first time.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with Albert Corrieri, Raluca Pora and Sophie Camard, mayor of Marseille’s 1st and 7th arrondissements, on the themes of remembrance and responsibility.
